DigiShop AI Merchant Policy.
These terms govern your use of the DigiShop platform and AI services. By launching your store, you enter into a binding legal agreement.
1. Merchant Account Terms
To access DigiShop AI, you must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and all other required information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. DigiShop cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.
2. Subscription & Payments
Platform access is billed on a recurring subscription basis. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Failure to settle outstanding invoices within the grace period will result in the automated deactivation of your storefront and restricted access to the DigiShop dashboard.
3. AI Service Credit System
Proprietary AI services, including background removal and automated copywriting, operate on a consumption-based credit system. Credits are allocated based on your tier. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle unless expressly stated in your specific plan.
4. Account Suspension & Rights
DigiShop reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or terminate your account without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your actions violate our policies, local laws, or harm the reputation of the DigiShop ecosystem.
5. Intellectual Property
While you retain ownership of the content you upload (products and images), the DigiShop software, AI models, brand identity, and UI/UX designs remain the exclusive property of DigiShop (powered by AlMohsin Dev). Reverse-engineering our AI is strictly prohibited.
6. Prohibited Items & Conduct
You may not use DigiShop to sell any illegal, regulated, or fraudulent items. This includes but is not limited to counterfeit goods, restricted substances, or copyrighted material without authorization. Violation results in immediate permanent ban.
7. Limitation of Liability
DigiShop AI is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from service interruptions, account terminations, or the performance of our AI-generated content.
8. Platform Modifications
DigiShop reserves the right to update features, pricing structures, and these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your legal acceptance of the revised Merchant Policy.
Legal Jurisdiction
DigiShop AI is a proprietary ecosystem powered by AlMohsin Dev. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faisalabad.
