Platform Terms of Service.
Legal framework for DigiShop AI merchants. These terms ensure a secure ecosystem for both developers and business owners.
1. Merchant Responsibility
DigiShop AI provides the infrastructure only. You are solely responsible for the products, pricing, and fulfillment of orders on your storefront. We do not act as a counterparty to any transaction between you and your customers.
2. Fees & Automatic Billing
Subscription fees are non-refundable and billed in advance. Failure to pay within the 3-day grace period will result in automated store suspension. All transaction fees (if applicable) are deducted at source via PayFast.
3. SaaS Refund Policy
As a SaaS provider, we offer a 48-hour trial-period refund only if no AI credits have been consumed. After 48 hours or credit usage, all payments are final and non-refundable. Cancellation stops future billing only.
4. Instant Service Delivery
Digital access to the DigiShop dashboard and AI tools is provisioned immediately upon payment confirmation. You will receive an automated activation email and tax invoice within 60 seconds of a successful transaction.
5. Prohibited Use (AUP)
Strictly prohibited: Counterfeit goods, regulated substances, adult content, or deceptive marketing. We use AI monitoring; any merchant found violating Pakistan's PECA laws will be permanently banned without notice.
6. Platform Rights
DigiShop (AlMohsin Dev) reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may modify or terminate the Service or your Account for any reason, without notice at any time.
7. IP & Reverse Engineering
The 'DigiShop AI' name, logo, software code, and AI model architecture are exclusive property of AlMohsin Dev. Any attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or clone our infrastructure will lead to legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from store downtime, data loss, or the conduct of your customers. Your use of DigiShop AI is at your sole risk and provided 'as is'.
Legal Jurisdiction
DigiShop AI is a proprietary software suite by AlMohsin Dev. Any disputes are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your city.
