Merchant Data Role
DigiShop AI acts as a Data Processor for our merchants. We collect merchant information (KYC, Business details) for account verification and billing, while securing customer data processed through merchant storefronts.
Encryption Standards
All sensitive data transfers, including API calls to payment nodes, are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store raw card data or banking passwords on our local AI servers.
Financial Data Processing PAYFAST INTEGRATED
Transaction processing is handled by PayFast (State Bank Licensed PSO/PSP). DigiShop AI only receives transaction status tokens to automate order fulfillment. We do not have access to your customers' full card numbers or bank credentials.
AI Privacy Shield
Our AI models process product images and descriptions to generate creative assets. This processing is ephemeral and does not involve the use of personally identifiable information (PII) for model training without consent.
Fulfillment Partners
Necessary shipping data (Name, Address, Phone) is shared with verified logistics partners like Trax exclusively for order delivery. These partners are legally bound to protect this data.
